1. I/we consent to receiving the disclosure documents required under section 99 of the Property Law Act 2023 (Qld), including the disclosure statement and any prescribed certificates, by electronic communication.
2. I/we nominate the above electronic address for the purpose of receiving such documents.
I/we understand that the seller, or their authorised agent or solicitor, may provide the disclosure documents*
3. I/we understand that the seller, or their authorised agent or solicitor, may provide the disclosure documents:
a. as an email attachment;
b. as content within the body of an email; or
c. by providing a hyperlink or electronic link from which the disclosure documents may be viewed and downloaded.
I/we further consent, pursuant to the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001*
4. I/we further consent, pursuant to the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001, to the giving of information and documents required by law to be given in writing by electronic communication.

I/we consent to receiving and signing the contract electronically in accordance with the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001.
